Greenhouse Gas & Air Quality Analysis
I estimate criteria air pollutants, toxic air contaminants, and greenhouse gas emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, starting with the unglamorous but essential part: cleaning the data. From there, I build out the calculations and put together technical reports that hold up for regulatory compliance, sustainability planning, or your company’s broader environmental strategy.
Water Resources Analysis and Planning
Groundwater and surface water tell you a lot, if you know how to read them. I assess trends, pollutant concentrations, and contamination indicators, then translate those findings into planning recommendations, giving water agencies, environmental consultants, and land-use planners a clearer picture of hydrologic conditions, the risks worth watching, and how to plan around them.
Geospatial Mapping & Environmental Analysis
Numbers on a spreadsheet don’t always show you where the problem is; a map does. I map environmental indicators like carbon emissions, pollutant concentrations, chemical contamination, and land-use impacts, then write up what the patterns actually mean for planning, mitigation, or the decisions in front of you.
LEED v5 Documentation Support
LEED documentation can be its own project on top of the project. I help teams work through credit strategy, gather the right evidence, and keep the sustainability goals aligned from start to finish. (I’m currently working toward my LEED Green Associate credential).
Environmental Data Analysis & Reporting
I work in GIS platforms and other analytical tools to dig into environmental datasets and pull out what matters. You get back what you need: dashboards, trend summaries, and technical reports shaped around what you actually need to show or decide.
Environmental Visualizations
Sometimes a spreadsheet just will not convince anyone. I build interactive Power BI dashboards for environmental, sustainability, and infrastructure projects, useful if you need: Emissions-tracking dashboards, Water-quality trend visualizations, and Project performance metrics.
Geospatial Modeling & Remote Sensing
Satellite imagery can reveal changes on the ground that are easy to miss otherwise. I process and interpret Landsat and Sentinel imagery for environmental monitoring, including: Snow cover analysis, Land-use change detection, Vegetation health assessment, and Climate indicators.
Technical Writing for Environmental Compliance
Good environmental work can still fall flat if it’s not written clearly. I prepare documentation that’s accurate and easy to follow, including: Impact summaries, Methodology sections, GIS and modeling appendices, and Environmental data interpretation for CEQA/NEPA-style reports.
BIM-Supported Civil Documentation
On infrastructure projects, small conflicts between disciplines can turn into expensive problems if no one catches them early. I provide model coordination and clash detection using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Navisworks, along with 4D sequencing, 5D cost linkage, and federated BIM models built for teams working across disciplines.
